First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zenoti.
Product Specialist
The whole experience was super unprofessional and unpleasant! Starting with the recruiter, the interview with her was literally 3 minutes and she spoke so fast it was difficult to understand and the whole experience felt rushed. She asked me a few questions and was like ok great let’s schedule a second interview. Scheduled a second interview, the guy I was suppose to interview with didn’t even show up to the interview. Followed up with the recruiter and then she apologized and said if I would still be interested in continuing with a second interview so I rescheduled. The second interview was so uncomfortable, it was scheduled with the same guy that didn’t show up the first time and when he joined the meeting he was suppose to do the interview on camera but said he couldn’t get on camera due to technical reason, even though the interview invitation was a video interview. I felt obligated to stay on camera since I was already on camera. So that set the tone for the interview which threw me off and made me uncomfortable the entire time. Interview was average but the whole process was very unprofessional.

Product Specialist
The interview process with Zenoti was great. It started with a chat with the recruiter, and then I had three interviews with a Senior Product Specialist, a Senior Product Manager, and a Director. They were all really nice and knew a lot, and they helped me understand the company and the job better. It was interesting and made me feel good about Zenoti's vibe. I'm starting soon and looking forward to learning more.
- Can you share an instance where your manager gave you critical feedback? How did you process that feedback and what steps did you take to get better?
Product Specialist
So first there was like a written test online which was like English test both oral and written. Then I had an interview with one of the leads and after that I had an interview with one of the technical manager. Once I cleared these, the next round was with the VP of customer support from the U.S. All the rounds had situational based questions and previous experience questions and projects that I worked on previously. Tip: Make sure your answers are precise instead of lengthy.
- Why did you decide to join Zenoti, what is your prior experience, and what metrics does your current work involve? Also, describe a time you overcame a difficult situation.
- Could you share your previous experience and details about projects you've worked on?
