Started with an initial Zoom screen with a general hiring manager, then an interview with the manager of the hiring team. The hiring manager asked basic questions. The Manager of the team was difficult in that I wasn't always sure what he was asking me. When I asked for clarification, he couldn't provide any and kept asking the same question.

We interviewed through B-school campus placements. It started with an elimination round, Round 0, which was a PM case study. Then Round 1 was a 30-minute interview with a 2-person panel of PMs. Round 2 was a 45-minute interview with the product head. Round 3 was a 20-minute interview with the VP of products, asking some resume-based and 'why Zenoti' type of questions. Finally, Round 4 was a 15-minute interview with the CEO, mostly gauging why I'm interested in a startup and specifically Zenoti.

Technical Behavioral

It was a 3-round process, focusing on product sense and past experience. The last round was particularly unusual, with very random questions where they judged how quickly you could reach a solution. There were many interruptions to the structure, which made the process less than ideal. The interviewer seemed to have a specific answer in mind they wanted me to reach. The overall decorum was quite unprofessional. Despite that, I think I performed well because I have good experience on the other side. However, the interviewer seemed to overemphasize finding the 'correct' solution. In the end, there was no feedback, and they ignored my calls and messages.
