First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zenoti.
Manager
Got a super quick reply from HR. They have a good process setup. I applied for the customer success manager role and unfortunately got rejected after the second round, so it was pretty fast. Felt like it was okay though.
- The HR responded very quickly.
- A solid process is in place.
- I applied for the customer success manager position.
Manager
The process was normal with 1 online test and 4 in-person interviews (including with the CEO), plus 1 HR round, all on-site. The interviewers were very professional, except for one who seemed to be faking market knowledge and struggled to ask good questions. The discussions were thorough and positive. They set expectations and asked for documents for final processing. After that, it started to feel like just another startup that talks a lot. There was no follow-up or feedback. The HR person stopped responding, and it ended unprofessionally.
- Can you walk me through your background and experience, and discuss your technical skills?
Management Trainee
The interview process was part of the campus placements at IBS Hyderabad. It kicked off with an aptitude test to shortlist candidates. Following that, there was a Group Discussion round that lasted about 15-20 minutes, and then a Personal Interview that went for 45 minutes.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
- I have a few questions about Excel for you.
