First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zenoti.
Technical Account Manager
The interview process felt all over the place. It seemed like volunteer recruiters were constantly changing and they didn't coordinate to keep things moving. I got all the way to the VP level and was told I'd get a decision in a few days. I followed up with the recruiter a couple days later and their email bounced. Since I didn't have any other contact info, I tried reaching out to the recruiter, VP, and HR on LinkedIn. Never heard anything back from anyone. These folks are disorganized, rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.
- Were there questions about SQL DB?
- Were there behavioral questions?
Technical Account Manager
After a 3-month wait for contact, the interview process involved about 4 or 5 interviews. It started with a timed, one-way video interview. Then there was a 15-minute call with a recruiter, followed by a 30-minute interview with a team member I'd be working with directly. The fourth interview was with someone I'd work with indirectly. It took almost two weeks and several reschedules (initiated by them) for this fourth interview. No further interviews were offered. I asked for feedback but didn't get a response.
- Can you tell me what you know about Zenoti?
Technical Account Manager
I was interviewed as part of the campus hiring process. There were three rounds: an aptitude test, an Excel test, a GD, and interviews. The interviews were conducted via Skype. It was a good experience because the panel was prepared and knew exactly what they were looking for in a candidate.
- How can you apply your business knowledge in client facing roles which need technical roles, based on your resume?
- There were a few situational questions.
