The initial technical interview for the Principal Architect of Data role was great, like a day-in-the-life kind of chat. But the second interview was not good, felt unprofessional and awkward, they kept cutting me off, weren't engaged, and asked the same technical questions again that we already covered.

The interview process is straightforward, speak to the hiring manager, speak to some of the team members then you take an algorithmic coding challenge. After that, if you did well enough, you have one more interview with the manager on the client's side.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really long and disorganized. After I finished all 4 interviews, the recruiter told me they wanted to hire me but didn't have the budget for the position. She said she'd contact me in the summer when the program opened. Summer came and went with no word. I even tried reaching out, but she never replied. It was super unprofessional and a waste of my time. No emails or anything. If you don't have the budget, don't waste people's time.

It started with a quick phone screen, then a 1:1 interview a few days later. After that, there were one or two more phone chats before they made an offer. The whole process was pretty simple, mostly focusing on my past work and leadership experience for this job. They also talked a lot about company culture and what it's like to work at Zennify. I got to chat with several people from the company, which helped me get a feel for the culture myself. The HR Manager was quick to respond and answered everything I asked.
