so you apply online, then you get an email and set up a time to talk to a recruiter. you talk to the recruiter, show them you're the right fit and competent, and then you get invited to talk to your manager. once you have a phone call with your manager you'll go onsite to meet face to face with a panel of 3 interviewers. show your great skill and personality and you're in after a mock call to show your expertise. this gives you a very good look into whether you would like to do this position , are you a good fit and vice-a-versa

They had about 3 interviews, with a panel interview happening at the end. The managers and interviewers were super arrogant and condescending. I really didn't like how they handled the interview process, so I'm not going to apply again.
