Digital Sales Representative
It was a 3 step interview process. Started with a recruiter screening where they asked behavioral questions, then a hiring manager call which was a discovery call simulation. Then a demo simulation with the hiring manager as well. Finally, there was an offer discussion call. The whole process was smooth and everyone was very friendly. I had a good experience overall and nobody put any pressure on me.

Sales
I had an online interview with a supervisor that lasted about 30 minutes. It was a very quick conversation and the interviewer didn't seem very interested in getting to know me better, it was pretty weak. I answered everything they asked, and then they never called or messaged me for the next steps.

Sales
We start with a quick chat with the TA, then get into some real interviews. These will dive deep into your sales skills, how much you know about the product, and if you're a good fit for the role with the hiring manager. We'll also do some role-playing and work through scenarios to see how you handle negotiations and objections. Finally, you'll talk with a senior sales person to see if you fit the culture and have what it takes for the long haul.
- Could you share a bit about your background?
