I had my first interview with HR, which was about 30 minutes long. It seemed to go really well; the interviewer actually said I was a great fit for the role and mentioned they'd send over the next steps so I could pick dates for the following interview. But, I never got anything else or any kind of response, even after sending two follow-up emails. It made me wonder why he told me that, setting me up for something that didn't happen.

The recruitment process was very clear and well-structured. Expectations were transparent at every stage, and there were no surprises. The interviewers were kind, supportive, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. There was a great balance between professionalism and human connection. Feedback was fast and communication was clear throughout the process. The recruitment experience truly reflects the company culture and values. I felt respected, listened to, and supported from start to finish.

It was a 4 step interview process. First I met with the talent acquisition manager. Then, I met with the manager who would be my prospective manager. After that, there was an optional meeting with an Account Manager I would be working with. Finally, there was a panel interview. The panel interview was one hour long and involved a self-presentation, a use case presentation, and a mock call.
