First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zen3 Infosolutions.
Software Engineer
So, at Zen3, the interview process generally has a few stages. You'll go through aptitude tests, technical interviews, and then an HR interview. They'll ask you stuff about algorithms, data structures, OOP, and how to manage databases. Sometimes, they'll give you coding problems to solve and talk about system design to see how you think and if you know your tech stuff. The HR part is more about seeing if you'd fit in and how you communicate.
- Could you find the length of the longest consecutive sequence in a given unsorted array of numbers?
Software Engineer
Had a technical round focusing on Nodejs, Reactjs, and Javascript. Then a coding round where I had to build an app based on specs, covering both backend and frontend. Followed by a technical F2F interview covering DSA and algorithms. Finally, an HR round for negotiation and to check cultural fit.
- Write algorithms to find an element in a Singly Linked List.
- Questions about Arrays and Strings.
Software Engineer
They have two technical interviews focused on algo data structures and programming skills, and one HR round. For all project assignments for clients, you have to clear two to three technical rounds based on the requirements.
- Questions about linked lists and arrays were asked.
