I went in for an interview and was asked to do a simple AutoCAD drawing. They said they'd let me know afterwards. I followed up for about a month, and then they told me my skills weren't a good fit, even though my drawing was perfect.

They told me that the interview was as much my interview and told me to ask whatever questions I wanted. They took me on a tour of the entire office and I met a lot of employees who said hello and shook my hand. They took the time to show me how the whole company works. I came to the office for a couple interviews and even the person at the front desk asked if he could answer any questions. I met with the owner of the company for the last interview.
