It went well. They mostly ask questions based on your resume, so definitely double-check your resume. They usually ask about SQL, DSA, and OOP concepts. Make sure you can implement everything on your resume and think through it independently.

The interview process was okay. They asked good questions and I went through 3 technical discussions, including an in-person round. I had to take a half day off for it. They asked for my documents, but then HR went silent. I reached out to the agency, and they said there's another technical round with the 'us' team. It feels like a waste of my time because they're giving false hope and possibly hiring directly to avoid agency fees. That's the real reason for setting up another round.

Technical Behavioral

I interviewed with Zelis last week of may 2024, and it was a pretty bad experience. The interviewers seemed not very knowledgeable about the role, which made things tough. It felt like they were more focused on selling the company than actually picking someone. I wasn't even sure if there were real jobs open or if they had a real plan for hiring. The whole thing was a waste of time because they didn't explain what they wanted or what happens after the interview. I know companies have their ways, but Zelis should probably fix this for the future.
