So I graduated college back in 1998 and was about to start with a pharmaceutical company, but a recruiter contacted me and said to hold off because I'd really like this role. I had a few interviews with the recruiter and then one with the hiring manager for the Western region. We really hit it off, and a few days after some more questions from the recruiter, I got the offer.
