So first, they'll look at your resume and cover letter to see if you're a good fit. If they like what they see, you'll probably have a quick chat with a recruiter, either by phone or video, to talk about your background and why you want to work there. They'll also cover what the job is about. Then, if it's a technical role, you'll likely have to do some kind of technical test or project to show off your skills.

The interview process was dynamic and well-organized, with prepared and friendly professionals. They were responsive when I was contacted and very friendly during the online and in-person interviews. They helped me throughout the entire process and explained everything clearly.

First, an HR representative contacted me via email to arrange an initial phone screen. Following that, I had the opportunity to speak with my hiring manager and other team members. I felt HR could have been more transparent with applicants. I also had to reschedule a brief call with HR that could have been avoided or moved earlier if they had better organization.
