First, an HR representative contacted me via email to arrange an initial phone screen. Following that, I had the opportunity to speak with my hiring manager and other team members. I felt HR could have been more transparent with applicants. I also had to reschedule a brief call with HR that could have been avoided or moved earlier if they had better organization.
