Behavioral Technical

A 30-minute introductory meeting with the department head and other engineers from the same department. Initially, the engineers introduced themselves one by one, and then I introduced myself and talked a bit about myself. Following that, questions were asked about my resume and also about the job itself. One question was asked that, however, had no parallels with the job advertisement. The job description was formulated differently than the expected answer, and thus misunderstandings arose during the interview. All in all, a very relaxed and professional atmosphere, but in my opinion, a misunderstanding in the job posting.

Case Behavioral

So, the process started with an online screening, which was round one. Then, I had an on-site interview that felt pretty good. The people interviewing me were pros. One part of it was a case study, where they wanted my thoughts on some business situation.
