Shipping and Receiving Clerk
The interview was in-person, followed by a background check and a facility tour. The overall process felt relaxed and comfortable. I found the manager to be very pleasant and approachable, making it one of the most at-ease interview experiences I've encountered.
- Are you able to work on Saturdays if the need arises?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I got a call pretty fast after sending in my resume for a phone interview. It went well, the person was nice and easy to talk to, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. The first in-person one was with the same person and it was about 1.5 hours. They asked good questions, we talked a lot, and they said I was moving on to a second in-person interview with their manager. About two weeks later, I had the next interview. This interviewer wasn't as friendly, but it was okay. I think it went well, or at least alright... they mentioned I was one of only two people who made it to a second interview. At the end, they explained the hiring timeline and said they'd be in touch. A month went by, well past the timeline they gave, and I heard nothing AT ALL from either interviewer. No calls, no emails, no offer, not even a rejection – nothing. They just disappeared. I called and left a message, but no one called back. It's been 2.5 months now and I still haven't heard anything (and honestly, I don't expect to at this point). I work in HR/Talent Acquisition, and after three interviews, it's just polite to let candidates know what's up. I was really surprised by this, especially since they talked so much about how they treat people well and have a great company culture. Hopefully, this isn't normal and I just got lost in the shuffle with internal changes. Either way, maybe it's for the best I didn't get the job here.

Sales Associate
I met with management, got introduced to the staff, and had a tour of the facilities. They really focused on making sure I was a good fit for the Auto Group. Then, I met some of the staff for dinner to keep getting to know the core group. I felt comfortable joining the team.
- Are you committed to always improving?
