First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zeebra.
Sales Representative
It was a group interview where they asked basic questions and explained the offer. There was also a small activity where you had to sell a toy and describe it, specifying the age group it's for and its purpose.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Can you describe this toy, including who it's for and what it's for?
Software Engineer
So basically there were 2 interviews and a written test. One was a technical interview with 3 friendly people on the board. They asked about language features, basic data structures, and my past projects. The other interview was with my potential project lead and an HR person, where they asked general HR questions. There wasn't much room to negotiate salary.
- Can you swap two variables without using a temporary variable?
- How would you reverse a single Linked List?
- What is the process to swap two nodes in a Linked List?
Intern
First they asked about me then started asking technical questions. Then I started to share my knowledge about that question. After that they showed some of their products and their workflows hows going after corona season.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Do you understand OOP concepts and can you describe each one?
- Could you discuss the company's products and workflows, specifically how things have been operating since the pandemic?
