Super long unneccessary interview process. I did a one way video interview answering 10 questions. Once I passed that, I did a simulation test a week later. Had to have specific computer software installed in order to complete the simulation test. Then an in person interview took place where I interviewed with two people. They literally asked me the same questions I was asked during my one way video interview. You would think I was applying to the FBI with the over the top long and extensive process they require. All they were missing is fingerprinting. Total waste of my time. I should have invested my time interviewing with better companies. Management seemed uptight.

Zeal's interview process is a bit different, but technologically advanced. You first complete a video interview with a set of 10 questions, which you record your answers to. They give you unlimited amount of retakes so if you mess up the answer you can re-do it! Once I completed the video interview, I got an email a few days later for a simulation request. This took me through a simulation to test my multitasking which I actually had some fun with. After that I had a face to face interview with the manager.

So the interview process had virtual assessments, then some video interviews, and then finally an in person interview. It was a bit intimidating at first because I hadn't done the video interview thing before, but HR was super helpful in explaining it. The in-person part was great, met with HR and the department manager, and they were really nice and welcoming.
