It started with some recruiter questions, then I spoke with the hiring manager. The questions were pretty standard, focusing on character and position qualities. The whole thing was about an hour and a half and felt pretty consistent and straightforward. They were great about answering my questions too, leaving about half the interview time for that, which I really appreciated.

The conversation was pleasant and didn't involve overly difficult knowledge questions. Later, there will be an opportunity to get to know the specific department better and gain further insights.

I applied through the ZNA website. After a few days, I was contacted by phone to schedule an interview. The interview took place at Jan Palfijn's site, where I was welcomed warmly. I was offered a drink, and the conversation started very openly and personally. Then, more specific questions followed. At the end of the interview, I was told when I would hear back about the application. They kept their word and contacted me again on the day they mentioned. A date was set for me to sign the necessary papers.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got my CV and cover letter screened. Then got invited for an interview. They gave a general explanation of how things work, and the job's content. Talked about the overall operation, ZNA's structure, and where the role fits in the team. Unfortunately, they only explained the conditions regarding appearance at the end of the interview, instead of at the beginning. No headscarf allowed, even though there's no patient contact.
