First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zartico.
Data Engineer
It started with an HR phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager sent a take-home assessment, which took over 8 hours, and it involved a technology that wasn't emphasized in the job description or during any interviews. After a few weeks of deliberation, they sent a rejection email. The Glassdoor reviews about terrible work-life balance are true; the hiring manager confirmed it during the interview.
- What makes you want this job and to join our company?
Customer Service Representative
It was a standard interview process. First, there was an HR screening, and then 2-3 more conversations with different team members, including peers and management. They were quick with their decisions and gave feedback afterwards. The team was really open and friendly.
- How would you manage customer escalations?
Manager
The interview process felt extremely long, almost never-ending. Just when I thought one group was done, another interview would pop up, keeping the whole thing uncertain. It was confusing, and there was no communication from leadership.
- Were you asked about subjects not included in the job description?
