Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard. It usually starts with a chat with the hiring manager to see if you're a good fit and have the right experience. Depending on the job, you might then talk to some higher-ups or people from other teams. If everyone's on board, they'll officially post the job and you apply through the internal system. This whole thing could take 1-2 weeks, depending on schedules, if people inside approve, and if they need more interviews.

It was pretty easy, good communication and collaboration. First, we just introduced ourselves. Then, they asked some more specific questions. Finally, we talked about salary and my career expectations. Overall, it was a really good and smooth experience.

It was a good experience, not bad. It had 3 rounds with different HRs asking me questions about my sales background, my work history, and previous sales experience, plus targets I achieved in former companies.

Technical Behavioral Case Presentation Group

Applied with resume and cover letter, then got screened and shortlisted. Had an HR call, followed by an aptitude test, then a technical round. After that, a panel interview with behavioral questions, problem-solving, communication, and competency checks. Used the STAR method. Followed up, got feedback, and completed documentation and reference checks. Also assessed soft skills, did negotiation, and received an offer letter. Then came onboarding and orientation. There was also a case study, presentation, and group discussion. It was a comprehensive process involving networking and career growth discussions.
