We went to the headquarters and filled out a mini-dossier with all the necessary information (address, education, desired work location...). Then, we were gathered in a room (as a group). The Zara managers introduced themselves properly, and we were there, quite stressed, but it was okay. After that, we did a 'game' to gauge our 'sales' ability! Then, we either went solo in front of the whole group or did individual 'recruitment games'. Then, questions were asked to us, the future candidates, and we had to correlate what we understood about the brand according to us.

It was a group interview, with the director and all the store managers. They made us feel very comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxed. They were trying to figure out where to place us based on our answers. If our profile fits, we need to stay focused on the importance of customer service.

Behavioral Presentation

It was more of a casual chat where the manager explained the company's operations, culture, and expectations. After that initial discussion, I was asked to share examples from my past experience to demonstrate my suitability for the role. The key was to impress them with detailed and engaging stories, as short, simple answers wouldn't suffice. The company seems to look for candidates who are very friendly, energetic, passionate, quick-thinking, and youthful. Presenting oneself as fitting this profile significantly increases the chances of getting hired. I've heard they sometimes hire on the spot, but I was called back for a second interview.
