I had an in-person interview at Zara and it was a really good experience. Right from the start, they made me feel welcome and were friendly and professional. They clearly explained the job duties, the working hours, and how the team operates, which made me feel confident. I got to talk about my experience and felt like they really listened. I left the interview with a great impression of the company and was eager to join the team.

The interview was straightforward and enjoyable. There were two other people interviewing with me. The store manager and the manager of the women's department talked to us. They were really nice and friendly. The whole thing lasted about 40 minutes, and they said they'd call back the next day, but they actually called that same evening. It was summer, the sales season, so they ended up hiring all three of us.
