I had 3 steps interview. First one was with an HR person, 2nd was crowded social interaction needed, and the last was with DMs. The people who were interviewing were very precessional and followed the certain guidelines.

My interviewer was an older woman, she was playing on her phone the whole time and rejected me because I'm fat and not fashionable. She made excuses like I can't climb stairs but I told her about my previous experience at Uniqlo and MOUNTAIN CLIMBING in China, but she said 'but I'm fat'.
