Behavioral Presentation

First, there's a phone or initial screening interview. You'll need to talk about what you know about Zara as a fashion brand and the services they offer. Then, there's an in-person or virtual interview, just like the phone interview, but you'll meet with the hiring manager. Finally, there's a role-play or skills demonstration.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer. What did you do?
  • How did you manage that difficult customer situation?

I applied for the role and got a call the next day for an interview. On the interview day, they first collected our CVs and gave us a form to fill out. There were about 20 candidates and 3 HR people from Zara. After a brief introduction to Zara and Inditex, we were asked to pair up and talk about our partners (name, experience, etc.). Then, they formed groups and gave us a role-play situation which was quite simple. Finally, they divided us into two groups, gave us a paper with questions, and asked us to answer them. I felt I did my best and answered well. I'm not sure how they choose candidates.
