The interview process was super easy. They asked me basic questions about my experience, my customer service skills, and my availability. They also wanted to know if I knew the brand and its products. It was a friendly atmosphere and felt like a natural conversation. All in all, it was a really smooth and simple experience.

I found this job at an open call from craigslist. It was super quick, they started with a video. Then they asked if we knew about Inditex and Massimo Dutti. After that, they did these super quick 30-second interviews with everyone, asking things like 'who are you' and 'what experience do you have'. My main tip is to SMILE and be really friendly, that's how you get called back. The hiring manager said they'd call within 5 days, and they actually called 7 days later. I usually don't answer my phone and they didn't leave a message, so I had to call them back, and they invited me for a second interview. The second interview was a group session where we all went around and talked about ourselves. They asked us about communication and customer service skills. We also discussed loss prevention and how to stop customers from stealing, and the key is customer service and communication! Then we got to ask questions, which I think really helped. They mentioned they'd call the next day. They did call the next day, but I missed it and they didn't leave a message, so I called back again. I got the job! Then I went in to complete the paperwork. Just so you know, they'll process everything and they ALWAYS call references, so make sure you give them reliable ones! If your references don't check out, you won't get the job!

I applied online and got a call a couple days later. I was expecting a group interview but when I arrived, it was just me and one other candidate. The online application goes through Zara's HR, and she interviews you personally. The interview covers questions about the company, your personal experiences, and how you'd handle specific situations.
- What's your motivation for working at Zara?
