The selection process was quite lengthy. I was asked to complete a project and present it twice: first to the HR team and then to the lead designer for the team. The questions asked were general and not particularly difficult. The offered salary is competitive and attractive, which I appreciate. However, after the fourth stage, I didn't receive any response from the company, neither a yes nor a no, despite the time and effort invested. It would be important for them to improve communication with candidates, especially after such a demanding process.

I passed the initial screening and went straight into an interview with someone who seemed disengaged. The next step was a design challenge where I had to create two collections for two rooms of my choice. When I presented, the interviewer again seemed uninterested. The whole experience was quite strange, and I never received any feedback on my application, even after politely asking via email.

The whole thing took about an hour. There were like 12 of us for a group interview. We actually had to wait standing up for like 30 minutes and then walked a bit to get to the interview room. They asked us a few questions about the company, so seriously, do your research! After that, the manager told us a bit about the company and explained what the job would be like. Then we had to do an activity where we had to dress up a celeb for the red carpet. We did a mini presentation after that. They checked our applications one by one, and before that, we were told what was going to happen. Then we were sent home.

You upload your CV on the Inditex platform, which is very user-friendly. After that, the talent team contacts you via phone for a chat about what you're looking for and to schedule a group interview via video call. In this group interview, everyone introduces themselves and shares what they hope to find at Inditex or what they're looking for. Once the group interview is done, the talent team will reach out when a suitable vacancy comes up. If you're assigned a store and agree, they'll email you all the paperwork and the contract, which you sign digitally. It's a really straightforward and quick process.
