Before the in-person interview, they sent over good documentation like Google forms and the schedule was flexible. However, I had to wait a long time at the decided time. They really need to improve their time management. Also, parking around the building was a pain.

After that, HR conducted an interview where they asked about my prior experience and the current rates in Lahore Smart City. I mentioned my 6 months of experience in real estate marketing. Then they inquired about the reasons to invest in property versus saving money in a bank.

I went through 2 interviews for a Business Development Associate role but wasn't invited for the final round. The workplace felt unprofessional, and the director seemed disorganized. My second interview was scheduled for 12 p.m., but I actually had it at 2:30 p.m. due to poor scheduling. After passing the second interview, they said they'd contact me within 2-3 days for the final interview, but they never did. When I messaged the manager, I was informed I wouldn't be proceeding to the final interview. A waste of time.

Following that, there were Excel practical questions covering VBA, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and Basic Functions. Finally, I gave a 15-minute demo where I performed simple functions.
