Behavioral

The interview process was pretty fair, not too difficult. They asked about my previous teams and experience, and some behavioral questions. They also asked why I was interested in this company and about my plans. You can find tons of similar questions online if you search the web and prepare.

They brought me into the back of the house area, gave me a tour, and asked about my previous food service work. They also made sure I got started with the online training on the same day. Overall, it was a really good interview experience.

Behavioral Technical

The interviews were thoughtful, insightful, and fun. They made the process worthwhile and didn't waste my time! They were organized and remained mindful of my time, as I did theirs. This was a seamless process. Even with multi-round interviews, I never felt like I was left in limbo. I changed industries completely, and surprisingly, the Health and Service Industries are somewhat similar. I thought I'd be out of my comfort zone, but I'm not; I feel at home and like I've found my tribe. The C-suite was/is very hands-on in the hiring process, and they answered all of my questions.
