The hiring process had 5 interviews total. First was an HR chat focused on culture fit, then an interview with the area manager. After that, I spoke with three different stakeholders. The early interviews went pretty well, and the stakeholder interviews were okay, not the best though. Some of the stakeholder interviews were a bit off, asking about their specific area instead of focusing on the role itself. There was a bit of confusion and a lack of clear communication, but that's kinda expected given the company's size. The whole thing took about 2 months from start to finish. I got a no-hire email about 3 weeks after the last interview.

Worst candidate experience ever! I went through 6 rounds of interviews spanning 4 months. This included HR, Hiring Manager, 1 Case Study round and various stakeholder interviews. After each of the initial 3 rounds they took 1 month to get back to me. Throughout the rounds whether during the case study or in some of the interviews they appreciated all my ideas on their active projects and in the final round they found my profile "not senior enough". The next week I find the same job reposted on LinkedIn with a higher level of experience required (which actually within their company represented an even higher position) vs when I had applied and finally 2 days after this I received a standard rejection email. What a pathetic way to treat a candidate. It seemed like a free idea generation exercise.

There were three rounds of interviews, and five interviews in general. First round: HR screening phone call (less than 15 minutes) Second round: 30 minutes video call with the hiring manager Third round: - The case study: situations/issues from their practice you have to solve straightaway during the interview. - HR + hiring manager interview - Interview with the team I enjoyed the process, the team, and the company but was disappointed with the reason for the rejection. The feedback sounded like everything was good, the team was impressed by your experience, but the hiring manager expected some other example of how you manage difficult stakeholders (why not ask for another example?). There was one more really reasonable mistake from my side during the case study, but it didn't concern the main responsibilities (as I was told during my conversation with the team), so I was like eeeeee... But overall, I have very good impressions of the interview process, all people I talked to were nice and respectful.
