First, I sent in my CV and cover letter. Then, they called me back to come into their office for an IQ and personality test, which took about 2 hours and had around 300 questions. The day after I took the test, they called me again to schedule an interview for the following week. This interview was with 7 directors and one HR person, and it mostly consisted of C/B questions.

So I was recommended by an employee who sent my resume to HR. First, you have to fill out an online application on the bank's website. After about two weeks, they called me for a first round of testing, which included some IQ and personal tests. It was hundreds of questions and took 3-4 hours. It's exhausting because they switch test types every 15-20 minutes. Two weeks later, I had another round with an HR specialist where we talked about my interests, why I want to work there, my strengths and weaknesses, and my ability to work under pressure. They wanted to see how I'd handle everyday job situations. The final round was an interview with an HR representative and four sector managers. I had to introduce myself and briefly go over my past experience. Then they asked about details from my resume and why I applied. I explained I want to build my career in banking, specifically working with corporate clients, analyzing their businesses, and monitoring their activities. They gave me three cases with company info and financial statements and asked for my opinion on which company was suitable to work with and what services the bank should offer. After that, they said they'd let me know about an offer. A week later, they called and sent a written offer, which I accepted.

When applying to ZABA, you can send your CV and cover letter, fill out the form on their website, or apply through Croatian job portals. If you don't meet the criteria, you'll get a rejection letter. To work at Zagrebacka bank d.d. Unicredit Group, you need a diploma, a clean criminal record, and to pass ZABA's initial test (Psycho and IQ). If your application meets the requirements, you'll take the initial employment test. You need an IQ over 120 to pass. If you pass and your CV is good, HR will call you for an interview with at least 3 people: the department manager, their secretary, and your potential team lead. They'll ask about you, your education, skills, and experience to see if you're a good fit. Remember to ask them questions too, about the job, work environment, and salary. If there are other good candidates, there might be one more interview. Show you really want the job and are willing to work hard. They only hire the best and will let you know their decision later via phone call from HR. If you get the job, HR will give you more info.
