Account Manager
The interview process moved pretty fast. It started with a call from HR, then I had Zoom meetings with two managers from different departments. These initial interviews were pretty standard and professional. After that, I was tasked with creating a project to present to some of the team, including the CEO. I found that final interview to be a total waste of time. Right from the beginning, it seemed like the CEO was more interested in asking tricky, gotcha questions rather than discussing my actual experience. My sense was that he's not very knowledgeable and struggles to have a professional conversation, so he resorts to that. This attitude seemed to rub off on other team members, who also became more argumentative. After over a month of interviewing, they just ghosted me, never following up on my presentation. Not even a basic email to say they chose someone else. Reading other reviews, I can see why their employees aren't happy. I've worked with bad leaders before, and in my opinion, that's ZAGG's biggest issue. It's a pity because they have a lot of potential.

Product Development Director
The interview process at Zagg was pretty chaotic. It started with an HR interview which seemed to go well. For a whole month, I didn't hear back because they messed up and sent follow-up emails to the wrong email address. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which also went well. Then, two days later, they scheduled follow-up interviews with team members. It felt like things were progressing. After these third-round interviews, HR said they would get back to me in a week. But then, I was ghosted by both HR and the hiring manager. Honestly, if you're thinking about interviewing at Zagg, I'd say don't. Check out the interview and employee reviews – Zagg's culture seems chaotic, top-down, and unprofessional. Ghosting candidates after several interviews is just plain rude.

Demand Planner
I applied online and got an email from HR saying I'd be a good fit. They set up an initial phone chat with HR. It went well, and then I got an email a few days later to schedule a Teams meeting with the hiring manager. That interview was weird because the manager kept looking away the whole time, which was distracting and rude. But I got through it, and they said I'd hear back soon. Almost a week passed with no word, so I emailed HR for an update. Two days later, I got an automated email saying they'd reviewed my resume and decided to move forward with other candidates. Save your time with this company; they don't value yours.

Digital Marketing Executive
I got an internal referral after applying for a different job in the same department. There were 2 video interview rounds. The second interview involved presenting on the customer lifecycle. I originally applied because a recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn for another job. Zagg reached out to me directly a few months later.
