They were friendly and introduced themselves. There were 4 interview rounds: a technical interview, another technical interview which also touched on management, a meeting with the CTO, and finally, an HR meeting. The questions were straightforward and focused on concepts and different methodologies.

it was a really casual but genuine process. The early-day employees were kind and friendly. I got to speak with a lot of different functions to understand how the business works all around. The case study assignment was interesting and relevant to the role, and they even provided a few ways to get started/get some info.

Behavioral Presentation

This was a long and drawn-out interview process for me. Everyone I spoke with seemed really nice, but it wasn't the most professional. After my first in-person interview, I waited over a week for any feedback. I even called the Senior Recruiter after my first interview, left a voicemail, but he never called back. It was pretty weird. I finally got feedback about 8-9 days later. Then, about a month later, after one of the former executives I interviewed with left the company, they reached out again. I had three good video interviews with HR and two executives. After these, I called the Senior Recruiter again because I wanted to talk about a personal issue before my final interview with the CEO. He never called me back. Again, weird. Finally, I had my in-person interview with the CEO. He was a nice guy, and the interview went well. I did have to talk about a personal issue, and he seemed understanding. After the interview, they said I'd hear back in 24 hours. They completely ghosted me and didn't even respond to my thank-you emails. About nine days later, I messaged the CEO on LinkedIn. Instead of responding politely, he just blocked me. Classy. I'd be careful interviewing here. The company has a cool product that fills a need, but I'm not sure if researchers and institutions are as excited about it as the company is.

It started with a casual phone screening to chat about my background and interests, and I got to ask questions too. After that, I interviewed with one of the CEOs/Founders. We talked about the company's history and their background, and then they asked about my background and interests. The whole thing wrapped up in a few weeks.
