Applied online and heard back about a month later. The interview felt really conversational and welcoming. They asked common interview questions and looked over my resume, taking notes as we talked. I spoke with two people: the director of volunteer engagement and the manager for the specific volunteer program I applied to. I was offered the position at the end.
