It went pretty smoothly. First, there was a coding test focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) with 2 questions to finish in 1 hour. After that, there was an interview covering testing topics and some basic questions about software engineering and the software development life cycle.

Behavioral Technical

I went through two rounds of interviews. After the recruiter screened me, they passed me to the controller the next day. The interview seemed to go well, but at the end, I had issues because they had the wrong job description with FPandA duties, which I asked about. She was surprised and mentioned the JD was reviewed by many people. We ran out of time, and she had another meeting, so I couldn't ask about next steps. I never heard back after that, even after following up twice with the recruiter. Given the two interviews, the JD error, and no follow-up, it seems like the company is disorganized and doesn't respect people's time.

It was a straightforward process, with about 4 to 5 in-depth interview rounds. First, I spoke with the hiring manager, then with some peer managers, followed by senior management. After successfully completing these, HR had a detailed discussion about the compensation package and so on.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process for leadership roles felt like the interviewers were uninterested. One interviewer was actually eating during our conversation. The hiring manager didn't create a comfortable environment at all, constantly looking away as if they weren't interested in speaking with me or doing me a favor. For leadership roles, they seem to focus on basic, college-level problems rather than your actual experience. They really need to sort out their own behavioral issues before looking for new hires. It gives off a 'hire and fire' vibe, so be cautious.

  • Tell me about a college-level problem you solved.
  • Are you a magician capable of solving difficult problems?
