Arbitrage Trader
The interviews are held in a coffee shop, so the vibe is more casual for the first and second phases. Initially, there's a basic self-introduction. The traders want to see candidates show strong interest in the financial market, and some trading experience is practically required. If you meet this, you'll be asked to share your past experiences and managed trades. After confirming you're a potential candidate for the next round, you'll get a take-home task, mainly involving real business issues like opening a foreign investor trading account or doing regulatory research on market constraints. If your submitted reports are considered relevant, you'll be invited to the office to meet the department head. This stage focuses less on technical problems and more on your career plans and alignment with the company's values.
- Could you detail the assets and markets you've traded previously, along with specifics like contract size, maximum and minimum daily changes for related instruments, and any other critical information?
- Can you provide details on contract size, max and min daily change, and other important factors for the assets and markets you traded in?

The interview process involves HR, the Director, and then the headquarters. CEO approval is needed, along with a risk report from the risk management department. This process is lengthy, often taking 6 months to a year, and is not very effective.
- Describe how your system generates revenue.
