They reached out via email after I applied and I had a phone interview. I met a few times in person, but they said I was overqualified. I wish I would have known early in the process that salary did not line up.

The interview process was one of the most straightforward interviews that I've ever had. It started with a phone call with an in-house recruiter which led to setting up a time to meet members of the team in person. There were two in-person, group interviews. After the second interview, an offer was given. It is evident that the company values one's personality and fit with the team over using aggressive interview tactics. The interview process was casual but professional. The company consists of a team of smart, motivated individuals that work together to create amazing products with a fun work environment.

The interview process kicked off with a 30-45 minute phone call with the recruiter. We went through the job description together, discussing the main requirements. They encouraged questions, and I got thoughtful answers. Next, I had an on-site meeting with the recruiter and hiring manager. We delved deeper into the role with more of a conversation than a strict Q&A. All follow-ups were timely. The final interview was also on-site, this time with the CEO, hiring manager, and other key people. I appreciated their transparency and got all my questions answered without any runaround. Great transparency from the CEO!

I had a phone interview first, which was super conversational. I felt a good vibe with the company and culture right away. Then, I went on-site for a more formal chat with 3 people, and after about an hour, we all had lunch together. They eat lunch as a team every day, which made the interview feel way more relaxed and welcoming!
