Program Strategist
I applied near the end of October and went through two phone interviews before being invited for an in-person interview. The company has a great culture, and the employees seem to really enjoy their work. The team is small, so finding a good fit is really important to them. That said, they were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, including what I liked doing in my free time. Overall, the interview process was positive.
- Can you tell me about your hobbies?
- What activities were you involved in during college?
- Describe your leadership experience.
Marketing Program Strategist
It was a pretty standard process. I started with a casual phone interview that was really basic. They mainly wanted to get to know me and hear about my past experiences. It was very straightforward and conversational. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview the next week. That interview was pretty similar. I spoke with two different people. Everyone was really nice, and the conversation was easy. I had the chance to talk about myself both professionally and personally. Again, it was easy and conversational. Most of the questions were what I expected. I'm still waiting to hear back.
- How would your friends describe you in three words?
- Tell me about your social media usage and your comfort level with it.
- What are you watching on TV these days?
Campus Manager
First, I had to email back a questionnaire that asked about my work experience, fashion tastes, how I saw the brand we'd be representing, and some ideas for promoting events. Then, there was a phone interview. Lastly, I had to create and send in a style board along with some sample style photos.
- Tell me about your general social media usage, work experience, and fashion background.
- What is your work experience?
- What are your fashion tastes?
Marketing Program Strategist
I applied online back in February and they got back to me in April. The phone interview was okay, though the recruiter was hard to hear because they sounded muffled and quiet. I was surprised because she asked a lot of situational questions for a first call. They said I'd know if I got a 'yes' or 'no' by the end of the next week, but I never heard back after that.
- Can you describe a campaign you would create for your favorite brand to run on your campus?
