It was a really straightforward interview process, and Kaitlyn was very professional and kind. After being with the company for over 10 years, I'd definitely recommend new hires take their PTO and prioritize rest days to avoid burnout. While I love my job, working with teens can be exhausting, so it's important to take care of yourself and schedule your time off.
