First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Your Pie.
Pizza Artist
Very personable, direct questions, asking about experience in food industry & customer service. Went over pay, expectations, and roles to fill. Asked about pouring license, it is optional to work there. Overall very positive experience.
- How well do you work with a team?
Shift Manager
The interview process was super easy and average, not bad at all. I was hired within a week of the interview and loved it there when I was younger; it was a good fun job to work at while being in college.
- Were the questions simple, not too bad, and really basic?
Shift Manager
The company really prides itself on finding the best employees to deliver what they feel is a superior product. That being said, they do look at things such as your college GPA even when hiring for entry-level roles. It's important for them to see potential for growth and superior customer service ability. Restaurant experience doesn't hurt either.
- What qualities do you bring to our community?
Team Member
the interview process was streamlined and well coordinated, with heavy emphasis on providing a decent work ethic to the team and making sure you can be reliable when it counts.
- Can you work in the mornings?
