The process had a phone screening, then a panel interview, and also a writing assignment which was more like an activity. I had to make and then present a deck about an advocacy campaign.

It was a 3 round interview process. First was a phone interview, then 2 online interviews with the team. The interviews were relaxed, but they asked relevant questions and made sure I was informed about the organization.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process kicked off with a quick HR screening call with the director, lasting about 15-30 minutes, which wasn't very role-specific. The next week, I had an in-person panel interview with the regional director and a colleague. They asked a lot of varied and thorough questions. It wasn't overly difficult, but it really made me dig into my past experiences and think analytically about my work. The interview seemed designed to gauge my thought process on issues, how I handle scenarios, and if I had the foundational skills. Later that same day, I got an email inviting me to the final round. This involved analyzing some content they provided on a topic unrelated to the job, creating a mock presentation from it, filming it, and then sending it over.

I sent my application, and they got back to me the same day. We set up a call for a few days later. The interview included typical questions about my background and the job's responsibilities. They requested references and a writing sample, mentioning they planned to hire within weeks. After submitting those, I didn't hear back, even after a follow-up.
