Branch Manager
It was an intriguing interview, and I asked them questions back too. It felt like a progressive interview. I am not sure how the internship is, however, they made it seem promising.
- Tell me what made you feel like a good fit for this company?
Branch Manager
The interview process had two parts. The first part was an introduction to the company and an interview with other candidates. The second part was an interview with general managers. Most people get the jobs because pay depends on the work you sell and complete.
- What's your approach to handling disagreements among your team members?
Branch Manager
It was a multi-step and thorough process, but they explained each stage as we went. It involved Zoom calls, a phone call, and a Zoom presentation of a business plan. The people I spoke with were always available by phone if I had questions, and I enjoyed interacting with them.
- What are your goals for this program?
Branch Manager
The interview process involves meeting with other current college students, making it quite straightforward and easy to prepare for. There's a basic initial interview, followed by a couple of follow-up interviews. Overall, it's nothing too intense and is pretty easy to navigate.
