I was called in early, and first, I had to fill out a personal information form asking where I live, who is in my family, where I studied, and so on. After that, HR interviewed me and went deeper into what I put on the form, what I do in my free time, and my attitudes. Finally, the engineer interviewed me briefly, asked me to draw a small PLC ladder diagram, and inquired about my welding experience. That was it.

I was hired as a temp and after 5 months, I had an interview. After 7 months, I was hired as a full-timer. The interview was only 10 minutes long. Then, we had two 4-hour classes about what they wanted us to do. Since I had worked there as a temp for 7 months, the classes didn't really reflect what actually happens on the floor. A few of us thought it was a joke, but we were being paid to do it.
