I got a call for an IT role, likely due to a Project Mgr referral. The first stage was a 1 hour and 15 minute phone interview with the Deputy PM. The very next day, I was called to set up a panel interview with four people: the PM, DepPM, Project Mgr, and Tech Mgr. After that, I got an offer call from Corporate to go over the pay and benefits. The interview itself was a typical panel setup where they asked me technical questions, questions about my past experiences, scenario-based questions, and questions about my "personality fit."
