I was pretty nervous going into this interview. My interviewer seemed to be grilling me, but I felt it was fair. It really felt like they were stress testing me for the job, which makes sense because the clients we help often have a wide range of emotions.

It was a three step interview process. First was the HR interview, then the hiring manager interview, and finally the team interview. The interviews were fun and energetic. Very professional, great experience.

I had a phone interview where they asked about sports I played as a child, seemingly to understand my background. Then, an in-person interview where I was told it was between me and another candidate. The interview felt good, but there were some odd comments about walking everywhere and taking the stairs, observing how I handled it. They said I'd hear back in 2 days, but I didn't. After no response to calls or emails, I finally reached the manager today, who seemed surprised to get my call. He said they went in a different direction. I saw they reposted the job yesterday. Appreciate the honesty.

It was a mid-level difficulty process. I met with the management team locally, and there were reference checks. The process took a bit longer after the offer was given, but it was professional and fine with me. I found the hiring manager to be very direct and easy to work with.
