Informatica Developer
The interview process was tough, with some tricky questions. The panel clearly explained the role's requirements and set expectations during the interview. It was good that the interviewer knew exactly what they were looking for, especially since York Risk had no prior experience in this area.
- Could you please introduce yourself and detail your technical expertise?
Accountant
I had a screening call with an HR person. I think they must have preferred other candidates because I wasn't invited to the next step, which was meeting my potential manager. I assume the process would have been more extensive if I had progressed.
- Can you describe a time you faced a challenge at work and how you overcame it?
Chef

- What is the starting salary?
Claims Adjuster
First there was a phone screen and then some easy questions about my resume and past jobs. Then a quick 20 minute in person interview. After that they gave me a job offer. It was one of the easiest interview processes ever, not too much detail, pretty basic.
- What are your salary expectations?
