I applied for the job through DePaul's Experience page. About 2 weeks later, they emailed me to set up a phone interview. The phone interview had common questions like "What are your strengths/weaknesses, why are you leaving your current job, why are you good for this position".

First, there's an aptitude test. If you pass, you'll have an initial chat to see if this is the right fit for you. Then, you'll get a coding project to do in a week. After that, you'll schedule a technical interview to go over your code. They said you don't need prior experience but you'll need to know a lot from online resources. After the technical interview, they ghost you and stop all communication. No updates, even if you ask.

It was easy aptitude questions and then they did a basic css html javascript interview. The aptitude test and hr questions were easy. After that, there was a 12-week training period covering popular tech languages like Java, ReactJS, and Javascript. We also trained in Mockito and wrote test cases for mock projects.

The interview process was fast and enjoyable. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a remote meeting with the account manager. They were direct and clear about what the client was looking for.
