I was initially contacted by an external recruiter. Then, I had an initial HR interview with a team member. The conversations were very positive, and my profile seemed to strongly match the requirements. I received several calls from the recruiter and many encouraging signals, which really motivated me for the position. However, quite suddenly, I received a very impersonal rejection email, without any explanation. I tried to get feedback by contacting the interviewers on LinkedIn once or twice, without any response. Afterwards, I applied for other openings within the company, but never got any feedback either. This lack of follow-up gives an impression of a lack of consideration in the recruitment process. An overall disappointing experience, which doesn't make me want to pursue with this company.

After the recruiter screens you, there are 3 more stages. There are at least two phone calls. Depending on language requirements, you might need to submit a video in that language. The last stage has two role play scenarios and a task to do after the "meeting".

First video call with an HR person. It was mainly about presenting the company. They asked a few questions to see if I understood the company's activities and the role I was applying for. I was told I'd get a quick response in a few days, but I never heard back. I followed up by email and LinkedIn message to the HR person, and still no response. Yooz doesn't seem to value candidates, which is a shame.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a long process, over 2 months, with a lot of radio silence. I got a positive answer, but was rejected 4 weeks later by the interviewers. There were 2 interviews: first, a recruiter from an external agency asked standard questions to see if the offer matched my profile. Then, I had an interview with two people from the company. They asked about my personal and professional background, with some spontaneous questions on a practical case. The recruiter highlighted the company's values, but the reality was different. After almost 4 weeks of waiting, I finally got a positive response. The recruiter wasn't sure about the start date and suggested I wait a few days for more details. Four long weeks later, I received a final negative answer due to a tight budget. My advice: keep searching until you sign something, even if the recruiter tries to convince you to be patient. Very bad experience.
