Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty standard process - screener, 1st interview, task and present to panel, final interview with c-suite, all were very good and professional feedback. Only disappointment was that after all these stages, they told their time and did not give me a decision or final feedback. Thankfully I took a role elsewhere and then let them know but after several stages, it should be professional courtesy to give a decision promptly - a week is more than enough

Case Presentation

The recruitment process seemed structured at first, but the execution was erratic. Validation of stages was communicated contradictorily: one moment it's a no, then finally a yes, then again a no. The different stakeholders in the process contradicted each other, ultimately proposing a business case and then no feedback even though it was offered during the refusal. For a company that wants to support its clients in their in-store operational experience, maybe a review of the recruitment process is needed.

Behavioral Technical

The recruitment process has three steps: an HR interview, a manager interview, and a technical interview. The HR interview is a warm welcome, checking soft skills and work experience, and ends with a Q&A. The manager interview digs deeper into the role, checking technical and operational skills, and the candidate's cultural fit, possibly with practical scenarios to test strategic thinking. The technical interview focuses on specific required technical skills, with practical exercises and discussions about past projects. This whole process lets candidates show their skills, feel comfortable, and understand the company better.
