First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at YOLO.
Intern
Had an initial chat about my projects. Then some basic questions were asked, followed by a final discussion. Got the offer soon after. Starting and getting onboarded was straightforward. The work itself is good and offers a chance to upskill and learn a lot.
- Can you discuss your past projects?
- Were there any general questions about Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) or algorithmic problem-solving?
Customer Service Agent
First, you need to submit a video where you talk about what you think is the most important thing in customer service and introduce yourself in English and your mother tongue. After that, there's a video interview, then a test, and finally, an interview. The first interview will be with HR.
- How do you handle receiving feedback?
- What is the most crucial aspect of customer service?
- Please introduce yourself in English.
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard and the steps were clearly laid out. It had 3 stages, with each one building on the last. Interviewers were nice and they got back to me quickly. I'd say it was a good experience and I'd recommend the company.
- How have you been today?
