First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Yogen Fruz.
Graphic Designer
Very disappointing experience, they had 4 rounds of interviews which included two assignments. I kept following up, but they were very slow to respond. They kept me hoping by saying nice things, but ultimately rejected me. Please stop discouraging candidates.
- Can you walk me through your portfolio work?
Sales Associate
The interview was in a group with 4 people. They mainly asked why I wanted to work there and where I lived to see which store was nearby. Then there was an explanation of what the job entails.
- Why do you want to work?
- Why do you want to work here?
Sales Associate
I saw an online post for an open interview for the sales associate position. When I got to the interview room, there were a lot of other people waiting. It was my first interview ever. The store manager was there and asked if there were others outside. I said there was a long line, so she told me to invite them all in. Then I had to interview in front of everyone. Besides that, it was super basic. She asked me about myself, my past experience, and my availability. It was all pretty chill and informal. I got an email a week later saying I got the job.
- Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
- What is your past experience?
- What is your availability?
Store Worker
It was a really easy process. I went in and asked for the manager's info. Then I came back a few days later after getting his email, gave him my resume, and interviewed right then and there.
- What makes you want to join our team?
